Allen David Williams, Sr., President

Allen David Williams, Sr. is a seasoned health care manager who has been in healthcare field for over 30 years. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration in 2011 and has earned numerous certifications from Evacuation of Facilities in Disaster Systems, Introduction to Soarian Financials Training and the completion of the Supervisor Development Program in 2017. He is an expert in patient bed planning and analyzing data to enhance patient flow at Elmhurst Hospital Center.

Allen is a recognized resourceful leader who provides inspiration to adults, families, and children in the Queens Community. As adult learner, Allen, choose to go back to college at age 44 to be an example to his son’s and show that is it never too late to learn, grown and achieve.  

Volunteer work and service to his community is of the utmost importance to Allen. He is the founder of the Community District Education Council 29 (CDEC29) Annual History Fair and served as the 1st Vice president and Treasurer of the same council. Allen is the Chair of the Father’s Auxiliary with Queens Chapter, Jack and Jill of America, Inc. that focuses on building bonds and community service with the fathers within the organization. Allen also volunteered his time as the Assistant Coach for the Jamaica Bulldogs organization and the Roman Oben Lineman Academy in Madison, NJ. He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of STIGMA Consulting Group, LLC offering his financial expertise to a small business assisting families of children with disabilities and is also the Community Liaison for the 230th Street North Block Association.

Allen’s most important role is as a husband and father of two school- aged children with disabilities who ignite his passion and resolve to guarantee students with disabilities are always treated with reverence and respect.
